We ship all orders using Australia Post. All orders before 2pm will be sent out on the SAME DAY, all orders after 2pm will be shipped on the next day from either our Sydney or Melbourne warehouses and you will receive a tracking number to track your parcel. How Does It work?

Our SaunaPod works by connecting our included steamer to the tent via our a tube. The tune releases steam inside the tent, creating a humid environment similar to a traditional sauna/steam room. Users can customize the temperature and duration of the session.

How hot does it get?

The SaunaPod can heat up internally to 55°C with nearly 100% humidity, which means it'll feel even hotter than a traditional sauna.

Why? Because water holds more heat than air. In this sauna, the steam-filled air transfers more heat to your body than dry air at the same temperature.

Even though the temperature might be lower, the high humidity can make it feel just as intense, if not more so, than a dry sauna.

Despite this difference, you will definitely still experience the same therapeutic benefits as those offered by traditional saunas.

How do I clean it?

The inside of the heat insulated cover is designed to help prevent mold and bacteria build up.

After use, we recommend leaving the door flap open to air it out and wiping down the water vapor on the inside walls using a disinfectant spray or wipes.

How long does it take to setup?

The SaunaPod takes about 5-10 minutes to set up and 5 minutes to pack away.

After you do it once, it gets easier to do it quickly - we compare it to setting up a small camping tent - we wouldn't recommend having the intention to set it up and take it down daily as that may be tedious.

I am over 6' tall, will I fit?

The SaunaPod has been designed to fit heights up to 6’1” when standing and all heights when sitting.

How long does it take to heat up?

It only takes 5-10 minutes for the SaunaPod to reach your desired temperature. The duration and temperature levels are both customizable using the buttons on the steamer.

We ship all our orders from our Sydney distribution centre. We only use Australia Post for all shipments ensuring you can track your package as it makes its way to you.
